If you have completed the registration process you can use the following link to reset or unlock your account from any device:
passwordreset.microsoftonline.com. If you are not successful, please contact the IT Help Desk.
If you have previously registered your account you can use the self-service password reset portal:
- Visit https://passwordreset.concorde.edu
- Enter your user name as your full Concorde email address.
- Check the personal email address you used when you registered the account to retrieve a Security Code
- Enter the Security Code to reset your password.
