If you have completed the registration process you can use the following link to reset or unlock your account from any device:
passwordreset.microsoftonline.com. If you are not successful, please contact the IT Help Desk.

Ground Students:

If you have previously registered your account you can use the self-service password reset portal:

  1. Visit https://passwordreset.concorde.edu 
  2. Enter your user name as your full Concorde email address.
  3. Check the personal email address you used when you registered the account to retrieve a Security Code
  4. Enter the Security Code to reset your password.
